Verify identity with My Number Card
Use the MynaApp (formerly the Mynaportal App)
to verify your identity with your My Number Card.
We will also obtain the information needed for your application from your My Number Card.
Your information we will get this time
- Your pseudonymous ID (PPID)
- Your name
- Your address
- Your birthdate
- Your gender
- Your mynumber
- The pseudonymous ID (PPID) that our university obtains from your My Number Card via the Digital Identification App is issued by the Digital Agency to meet the following requirements.
- It must not be possible to infer your My Number from it.
- It must correctly identify the individual.
- Even for the same individual, a different value is issued to each organization, making it impossible to cross-match with organizations other than our university.
- Our university stores the information obtained from your My Number Card via the Digital Identification App in a manner that meets the following requirements.
- All such information is stored encrypted, and access is restricted to administrators who need it for review and identity verification.
- To ensure the same person can continue using the same university system ID, the pseudonymous ID (PPID) is stored permanently.
- Other information is used only to review whether it matches the information registered with our university, and is deleted promptly after being retained, together with the review result, for 400 days from acquisition.
